Bridged.vu keeps subscription tracking simple without hoarding personal data. This page explains what we store, why we store it, and how you can control or erase it.
Snapshot
- We store only your email, optional display name, and the subscription records you add.
- Authentication and password security are handled by Clerk. We never see or log your password.
- Billing is processed by Polar. Bridged.vu never touches your card details.
- No advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, or sale of customer data.
- Email anas@bridged.vu any time to delete your account and all associated records.
Data we collect
Account details: your email address and optional display name. This lets us sign you in and send important service notices.
Workspace data: the subscriptions you add — service names, prices, categories, renewal dates, notes, and currencies. This data lives in Supabase so you can access it from any device.
Payment confirmation: Polar shares the transaction ID and status so we can activate your lifetime plan. Billing addresses and card numbers stay with Polar.
What we do not collect
No personal finance credentials, bank logins, or third-party access tokens.
No marketing analytics, ad trackers, or behavioural profiling. We rely on Vercel’s anonymised, aggregate metrics to keep the site fast.
How we use your data
Provide your workspace, calculate renewal reminders, and display analytics.
Send operational emails (for example, login links or important product updates).
Respond to support questions you initiate.
Sub-processors
Clerk – identity and authentication.
Supabase – database and storage of your subscription entries.
Polar – secure payments for the lifetime plan.
Vercel – hosting and high-level performance telemetry.
Tidio – optional live chat widget when you open it.
Retention & deletion
Your workspace data stays in Supabase until you delete it or close your account.
Send an email to anas@bridged.vu to request deletion. We will remove your account and associated records within 30 days and confirm once completed.
Security
Clerk manages password hashing, session management, and MFA.
Supabase is hosted in secure data centres and enforces row level security policies. Access to production data is limited to the creator (Anas).
We monitor for unusual behaviour and reserve the right to suspend accounts that appear compromised.
Your rights
Access: export your subscription data from within the app or by request.
Correction: update or delete any record directly in the dashboard.
Deletion: contact us to remove your account permanently.

Updates
If this policy changes we will refresh the "Last updated" date and publish the revised version here. Significant changes may also be announced in-app or via email.
